Platinum Customer Care is a premium support offering that provides
the benefit of on-site hardware repair. You will receive all the benefits
of Gold Customer Care plus the availability of an on-site field engineer
when hardware service is needed. Response time is within six hours of notification
to DFC International if a spare is available on-site. Without an on-site
spare, a replacement part is shipped overnight and a field engineer is
sent to replace/integrate the part when it arrives the next day. Platinum
Customer Care customers also receive priority queue status on inbound calls.
